• As-Is' Excellence: While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we provide our engine 'as is.' We aren't liable for temporary pauses in service or global network shifts.
• Professional Responsibility: Our AI creates stunning visuals, but you are the professional of record. Always verify structural integrity with an engineer before moving to the physical build.

Transparent Billing & Fair Refunds

We believe in clarity, flexibility, and putting you in control..

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.If we ever update our pricing, you’ll always receive at least 30 days’ notice..
• Request a refund within 7 days of purchase and, if no premium features have been used, you’ll receive a full refund.
• Because these services require immediate processing and hosting resources, refunds aren’t available once designs are generated. If a refund is approved, all generated designs will be securely removed from our system within 7 days.

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method..
