Setting up your workspace is a big step. We keep the doors locked so only you can get in. You're responsible for keeping your password a secret. If you notice anything unusual, tell us immediately so we can help you secure your vision.

Ethical Innovation: Use our advanced design software for projects that move the world forward. No harmful, illegal, or infringing content is allowed in our workspace.

We believe in earning your partnership every single day. Our billing is as transparent as a glass house.

Trial with Integrity: We give you the space to test our high-definition rendering. You'll know exactly where you stand with your usage limits.

Clear-Cut Pricing: The price for Pro Access is exactly what you see. No hidden maintenance fees or surprise charges.

The One-Click Promise: If DesignHome isn't for you anymore, you can cancel with one click.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. If we ever update our pricing, you'll always receive at least 30 days' notice.

Request a refund within 7 days of purchase and, if no premium features have been used, you'll receive a full refund.

Because these services require immediate processing and hosting resources, refunds aren't available once designs are generated. If a refund is approved, all generated designs will be securely removed from our system within 7 days.

Easy Cancellations: Cancel anytime directly from Profile → Billing. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Your vision is private. Your data is secure. We know that your architectural data is sensitive. We don't just save your files—we wrap them in bank-grade encryption to ensure they never leak.

Need to Know Basis: We only collect the minimal data required to make your 3D manifestations render faster and more accurately.

As-Is Excellence: While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we provide our engine as-is. We aren't liable for temporary pauses in service or global network shifts.

Professional Responsibility: Our AI creates stunning visuals, but you are the professional of record. Always verify structural integrity with an engineer before moving to the physical build.

The Visionary's Risk: We provide the most powerful design visualization tools available, but the final outcome of your business projects is in your hands.

Don't attempt to hack the system, scrape our data, or use the platform for anything illegal. Let's keep this an elite space for people who are actually here to innovate.

Your Right to Exit: You can delete your account and your data whenever you choose. Your work is your own, and you can take it with you.

Maintaining the Sanctuary: To protect the elite community of DesignHome users, we reserve the right to close accounts that violate our Honor Code or attempt to harm the system.

Clean Purge: When you say goodbye, we respect that. Your data is purged from our active systems according to our secure deletion protocol.
